Friday Dinner: Lasagna Night
As the days grow shorter and the nights cooler, who doesn't love freshly rolled pasta baked with a slightly spicy tomato sauce under a mound of bubbling cheese? We hope you'll kick off the weekend with us in our cozy greenhouse delighting in the chilly season.

The meal will begin with family style snacks on the table followed by individually plated three course dinner with personal lasagnas made with fresh lasagna sheets layered with Granor-made tomato sauce and hand grated mozzarella and paired with a crunchy salad as the main course. The meal will conclude with a delicious Italian inspired dessert. Every meal includes beverages, both alcoholic and non, paired with that night's menu.
This dinner is shorter and more casual than our traditional Taste of Granor. Children are more than welcome, but we do not offer a "kids menu" or discounted pricing.
We hope you will relax into the weekend with a homey dinner on the farm.

Class: Tomato Fest
We have finally reached summer peak harvest, the time of year when gardens deliver the bounty of vegetables we’ve been caring for since spring. This class is all about tomatoes! Learn how we grow, trellis, prune, and harvest our hoophouse full of tomatoes. You will learn various preservation methods like red sauce, roasted tomatoes, green tomato chutney, and pickled tomatoes.
