In the dead of winter, who doesn't love freshly rolled pasta baked with a slightly spicy tomato sauce under a mound of bubbling cheese? We hope you'll kick off the weekend with us in our cozy greenhouse delighting in the chilly season.
**Please note that we cannot accommodate Gluten Free or Dairy Free restrictions for this event. **
We're partnering with Carosello Pasta, a beloved pastificcio based in Dexter, Michigan, who use Granor grains to make their bronze cut fresh pastas. Carosello owners Mike Carosello and Chelsea Lisiecki will be on hand to talk about the beauty of fresh pastas, the benefits of bronze cutting and slow drying, and how they're inspired by traditional Italian cuisine.
The meal will begin with a minestrone soup featuring Carosello's ditalini pasta. Followed by individual lasagnas made with their fresh lasagna sheets layered with Granor-made tomato sauce and hand grated mozzarella and paired with a crunchy salad. The meal will conclude with a pistachio cannoli. Every meal includes beverages, both alcoholic and non, paired with that night's menu. We will also have a selection of Carosello fresh pasta available for sale at the end of the night.
This dinner is shorter and more casual than our traditional Taste of Granor. Children are more than welcome, but we do not offer a "kids menu" or discounted pricing.
We hope you will relax into the weekend with a homey dinner on the farm.

There's nothing better than cooking and eating, except reading about cooking and eating. Our Book + Supper Club combines those three loves in one evening of cookbooks, dinner, and conversation.
