Join us for our second annual Bean Nouveau celebrating this season's bean harvest.
Inspired by the annual of Beaujolais Nouveau Fete, France's party around the first bottles of wine of the season, we are honoring the return of our favorite ingredient with a multi-course dinner featuring the recently harvested Granor-grown beans.
The event will begin with a conversation between the Granor Grain Team and Joe Yonan, Food and Dining editor of The Washington Post, where he writes the Weeknight Vegetarian column, and author of Cool Beans: The Ultimate Guide to Cooking with the World's Most Versatile Plant-Based Protein. Immediately after the conversation, dinner will take place in our Greenhouse and feature beverage pairings curated by Ellie Mullins of P+E Bottle Shop in Three Oaks, MI.
Every ticket includes a copy of Cool Beans. Additional copies of each will be on hand for purchase the night of the event.
Please know we are not a restaurant open to the public. All dinners are ticketed by advance reservation only and include beverage pairings. No outside alcohol is allowed.
