Bean Nouveau

Date Nov 03 2023
Time 6:30-10:30PM
Cost: $150.00

Join us for our second annual Bean Nouveau celebrating this season's bean harvest.

Inspired by the annual of Beaujolais Nouveau Fete, France's party around the first bottles of wine of the season, we are honoring the return of our favorite ingredient with a multi-course dinner featuring the recently harvested Granor-grown beans.

The event will begin with a conversation with the Granor Grain Team about growing, cooking, and selling heirloom and heritage beans and larger ideas about regional and international grain and legume food systems. Immediately after the conversation, dinner will take place in our Greenhouse and feature beverage pairings curated by Ellie Mullins of P+E Bottle Shop in Three Oaks, MI.

Please know we are not a restaurant open to the public. All dinners are ticketed by advance reservation only and include beverage pairings. No outside alcohol is allowed.

There’s a bunch of great reasons to visit the farm all year round, from our annual Seedling Sale, to visiting the Farm Store, to participating in our CSA or Farm Camp programs. And coming later this year, we hope to return to hosting dinners on the farm.
