2017 CSA registration will open in February.
Until then, stay warm and dream of heirloom tomatoes!
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) consists of a partnership between our farm and you. Our consumers, known as shareholders or members, provide enough money in early spring to meet a farm’s operating expenses for the upcoming season. In exchange, the members receive a portion of the farm’s produce each week throughout the growing season. Members receive only what is grown on the farm and in season. If a farmer has a crop failure, or if heavy rains or a cold spring delay the onset of planting, members may not receive particular crops, or may find they are eating cool weather crops for longer than usual. When a farmer has an abundant harvest, members reap their share of the bounty. As a result, farmers and members share in the risks and benefits of local, sustainable farming.
We offer a variety of pick up locations in SW Michigan and Chicago.
Our CSA shares are available to pick up at the farm, New Buffalo, Union Pier and St. Joseph, MI. We also deliver shares into Chicago, with pick up locations in Lincoln Park and Logan Square.
